Meet The Owner: Einat Goren
I'm Einat Goren, and Pilates has been a part of my life for almost two decades. Over the years, my love for sports has shaped my approach to movement and well-being.
In 2019, I moved to Ericeira and saw an opportunity to introduce a different kind of Pilates experience, one that blends classical Pilates with the energy and dynamism of contemporary fitness.
After training extensively in all Pilates apparatus and rehabilitation techniques, I wanted to create something new in Ericeira—a space where the local community could come together, not just to strengthen their bodies but also to reconnect with themselves.
When I opened Ericeira Pilates, it was the first of its kind in the area, bringing group Pilates classes that combine strength, balance, and a more upbeat, athletic approach to the practice.
My focus is on offering small, intimate classes where every student gets the attention they need.
This way, I can work with clients of all levels—whether you're pre/post-pregnancy, recovering from injury, or looking to enhance your athletic performance. What makes our studio special is the sense of community we've built; it's a place where people can take an hour to focus on themselves, enjoy good company, and relax in the garden after class.
